We often have cabbage and carrots hanging out in the produce drawer thanks to their long refrigerator life, but you can swap whatever fresh vegetables you have on hand that week. What you are looking at is my second batch of chicken bacon ranch fries. I inhaled the first one standing at my stove with such gusto, I was forced to retire to the living room, assume a horizontal position, and watch an episode of Barefoot Contessa Back to Basics to recover. Before this moment of complete humility, the concept of myself eating only fries for an entire meal would have been foreign to me....

Marvelously moist with an intense chocolate flavor that balances the banana-ness just right, this recipe celebrates the divine combo of chocolate + banana in a fashion so sublime, our loaf hardly lasted two days. Thai curry refers to a broad category of dishes that consist of meat and/or vegetables cooked in a creamy, vibrantly spiced coconut milk-based sauce, usually served with rice. Naan bread pizza is topped and baked like regular pizza, but it swaps naan bread for the pizza crust. Roasted cauliflower is nutritious, and you can season it any which way. It makes eating vegetables a pleasure!
